On selected Mondays, I’ll release a fresh online menu featuring a rotating selection of brownies, blondies, cookies and seasonal treats. Orders from each menu drop will be freshly baked and ready to collect later that same week.

I don’t release a menu every Monday, so keep an eye on the website and JJ’s Bakes social media for upcoming bake-week announcements.

Everything is handmade in small batches and available in limited quantities—so once it’s gone, it’s gone!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Collections are from JJ's Bakes Bakery, 5 Sowerby Road, Sowerby, YO7 1HR.

    On bake weeks, online orders will be available for collection on Fridays between 2pm - 3pm or Saturdays between 9am - 10am.

    Please note that the bakery is now closed so we are taking online orders only.

  • Shop items are collection only. On Bake Weeks we currently have collection on Friday between 2pm - 3pm and Saturday between 9am - 10am.

    Please get in touch before purchasing if you can’t make these collection times.

    Bespoke cakes and wedding cakes are available for courier collection and sometimes delivery however this must be arranged in advance.

  • All bakes are individually wrapped and carefully boxed to help them arrive in perfect condition.

  • Please refrigerate your order upon arrival and follow the storage instructions included in your box. Each item will also display a best before date.

    As a guide:

    • Brownies & Blondies: Best enjoyed within 7 days.

    • Cookies: Best enjoyed within 5 days.

    All of our bakes can also be frozen for later enjoyment.

  • Full allergen information is provided with every order.

    We can sometimes offer ingredient substitutions, including vegan or gluten-free options. However, as our bakery handles a wide range of allergens every day, we cannot guarantee any product is free from cross-contamination and are therefore unable to cater for customers with severe allergies.

  • Our online shop products cannot be personalised.

  • Our online shop operates on a first come, first served basis while stocks last.

    For bespoke cakes, we recommend at least one month's notice. Occasionally, we may be able to accommodate last-minute orders, depending on availability.

  • Changes to the design or flavour can usually be made provided bespoke decorations have not already been ordered and your cakes have not yet been baked.

    If you choose to cancel your order, your £20 booking deposit is non-refundable.

  • Yes! We are happy to cater for corporate events, celebrations and larger orders. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

  • For online orders there is no minimum order.

    For our corporate packages, there is a minimum order of 6 per flavour.
